Return Policy

At NOWI, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item (The day the package is delivered counts as day 1), provided they are returned in their original condition for a full refund. 

* When returning more than 1 item, a fee of 2 euros per item will be deducted from your refund. The costs of return is for the customer. 

How to return your items.

If you want to return something, follow these steps within 14 days:

1. Register your return in our Return Portal. 

2. Pack the items you wish to return carefully. Items must be returned in the original condition, with all attached labels. Returned items should not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.  Please include a bill with your name & order number, without a name and order number we cannot tell who the shipment is from. 

3. Send your return to:

Make sure the return is sent within 14 days of registration. If your package has not been returned after 14 days of registration, we can no longer accept the return. 

You are responsible for the items until they are received by NOWI. Always retain the carrier's return label.

We strive to process and refund your return within 2-3 days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

NOWI reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the 14-day return window or those that do not comply with our Return Policy. In case of a rejected return, we may send the items back to your delivery address at your expense to cover shipping costs.

Damaged or wrong product

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please email contact@nowithelabel.com with your name and order number (if damaged please include a photo), for a full refund. 

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Please email us to request a free exchange. 

We are not responsible for items accidentally returned to us.
